Sun/Uranus Conjunct in Taurus Mid-May 2025

Uranus and The Sun were recently conjunct in Taurus.  A potent transit we’ve had annually in the last 5 years or so.  If you happened to have any ideas around 5/16 - 5/18 you ought to write those down.  They’re so crazy they just might work.  We had a bright, volatile energy under controlled pressure - not unlike rebel pediatric surgeon Doug Ross.  Unyielding advocates were born today, for better or for worse.  Advanced technology is imagined, developed, and employed in high-stakes communion with God.  The relationship between Man and Nature complicates another wrinkle.  Decadence reaches new heights - is more ever going to be enough?  What lies beyond the same old desires?

The conjunction coincided with a recent jailbreak in New Orleans.  Ten inmates, mostly petty burglars and murderers, cut a hole in the wall and brazenly ran out the door.  Seven remain at large.  There’s seemingly no better time for a jailbreak than Sun and Uranus conjunct in an Earth Sign.  Support comes from unexpected sources and boundaries are softened.  There’s a good headwind so that, if you have to, you can take off at last.
